RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy, at Suga Kandi Jewels, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase and confirmation order number.

To start a return please contact us at sugakandijewels@gmail.com . When the return is accepted, we’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return, it will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount on to the original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund to you.
